For this brief we were each assigned a typeface and asked to communicate the personality of the typeface through any medium.
I chose to create a short story about why the typeface was created focusing on it’s distinctive ink traps. You’d never know they were there if you were viewing the type at it’s designed size (as is their purpose) and therefore characterising the typeface as an unsung hero that is constantly overlooked.
